Common Questions
How do the live sessions work?
PM Foundations includes 5 live Zoom sessions on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM ET. We start with a kickoff call where you’ll meet the group, make sure your login is working, and get oriented.
From there, you’ll work through one module each week, and we’ll meet live to review it, talk through real project challenges, and answer your questions.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan on the videos and workbook at your own pace, plus one 1-hour live call.
Typically each module video is between 20-25 minutes, then allow time to work through the workbook and the real-life implementation questions.
Is it online?
Yes. Everything is virtual, including the weekly group calls, so you can join from anywhere.
What if I miss a live call?
No problem. Every session is recorded and uploaded to the course, so you can catch up whenever it works for you.
Do I need experience or a certification?
No. The course works whether you're brand new or have been running projects for years without a formal foundation.
Can my employer pay?
Absolutely. I can invoice your organization directly.
How long do I keep access?
